I had it failing about 50% of the time on restoring the data to the new machine.
It would just say FAIL when unpacking the transfer file.
There was a message on their forum about running CCCleaner, which did nothing to fix the problem. I finally figured out that if I took the .ZIP transfer file (in this case around 900MB), unzip it with another utility (even XP's built-in one) and take some of the files out, it would transfer. I think there is something broken with the decompression library they use.

It uses a version of 7zip that bombs when the profile directory is large (greater than 200-400MB--not sure what size).
I move .OST/PST and temp files, and things off the desktop before I use it, to get the size smaller, and it works every time.
